Identify false positives and distinguish them from potential security incidents.\n· Perform basic investigation using logs, IP addresses, domains, URLs, hashes and user/account information. Investigate indicators such as: Suspicious logins, Phishing attempts etc. and take defined actions\n· Maintain accurate ticket documentation, ensure appropriate ticket updates and maintain SLAs.\n· Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear operational communication.\n· Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers in a timely manner\nSkills and Qualifications:\nWork Experience: Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience in IT security.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.\nRequired Skills:\no Experience with IAM solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Authentication and MFA\no Prior experience with both on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments\no Understanding of SIEM concepts and security event analysis\no Understanding of user lifecycle management, access control models, and directory services\no Working knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ServiceNow.\nGood to Have Skills:\no Basic knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, etc.\no Experience with one or more SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel\no Basic scripting/automation knowledge, preferably PowerShell or Python\no Understanding of access certification and Segregation of Duties (SoD)\nSoft Skills:\no Strong communication skills - Clearly communicate with team members, users, and other technical teams, both verbally and in writing.\no Analytical & troubleshooting mindset - Ability to understand problems, ask the right questions, identify root causes, and follow structured troubleshooting steps.\no Customer service orientation - Ability to handle user issues professionally and provide a positive support experience.\no Time & priority management - Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting defined SLAs and prioritizing security-critical issues.\no Team collaboration - Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams\no Adaptability & willingness to learn - Quickly learn new IAM/SOC tools, processes, applications, and technologies.\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
