You will architect AI-enabled systems that operate at enterprise scale across multiple products, regions, and regulatory environments.\nYou will be responsible for establishing the target-state AI architecture, reference patterns, engineering standards, platform capabilities, and implementation guardrails for AI-assisted audit workflows. The role requires deep expertise in agentic AI systems, retrieval architectures, knowledge graphs, platform modernization, security-by-design, and large-scale SaaS architecture.\nYou are expected to design, build, prototype, review code, establish architectural direction, and coach engineering teams while remaining actively engaged in implementation and technical decision-making.\nThe scope spans all Audit & Assurance products across North America and Europe.\nWhat You'll Do\nAI Platform Architecture\nDefine the enterprise AI architecture strategy across the Audit & Assurance portfolio. \nEstablish reference architectures for: \nAgentic workflows \nMulti-agent orchestration \nRetrieval-augmented generation (RAG) \nKnowledge graphs \nSemantic search \nAI-assisted content generation \nAI-supported analytical workflows \nCreate reusable AI platform capabilities consumed across multiple products. \nProduct & Domain Architecture\nArchitect end-to-end solutions across: \nAudit engagement lifecycle \nPlanning and risk assessment \nEvidence collection and validation \nCompliance and standards interpretation \nAnalytics and anomaly detection \nQuality review and sign-off workflows \nEstablish bounded contexts, domain-driven design principles, API strategies, and event contracts. \nAI Systems & Agent Engineering\nDesign scalable multi-agent systems using: \nManager-Executor \nPlanner-Executor \nBlackboard \nEvent-driven agent collaboration \nHuman-in-the-loop workflows \nDefine memory, context, tool usage, routing, evaluation, and safety frameworks. \nTechnical Leadership\nLead architecture reviews and design governance. \nProduce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). \nCoach engineering teams in: \nAI architecture \nDistributed systems \nPerformance engineering \nReliability engineering \nArchitecture trade-off analysis \nAct as the technical authority for AI architecture decisions. \nRequired Qualifications\n15+ years in software engineering and architecture. \n7+ years designing large-scale SaaS and distributed systems. \nProven experience architecting enterprise AI systems in production. \nDeep expertise in: \nAzure \nKubernetes/AKS \nDistributed systems \nMicroservices \nEvent-driven architectures \nLarge-scale platform modernization \nStrong hands-on software engineering experience with: \nC# \n.NET \nPython \nAPIs \nDistributed systems \nDemonstrated success designing AI-enabled enterprise applications. \nPreferred Qualifications\nAI & Agentic Systems\nPractical experience with:\nMulti-agent architectures \nLangGraph \nSemantic Kernel \nMicrosoft Foundry Agent Service \nModel Context Protocol (MCP) \nAgent orchestration frameworks \nAI Evaluation & Safety\nOffline evaluations \nGolden datasets \nConfidence scoring \nHallucination mitigation \nHuman approval workflows \nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
