You’ll have the opportunity to:\nAttend flagship events like Wolters Kluwer Technology Summit\nParticipate in industry-leading conferences such as Ignite\nCompete in exciting challenges like the Code Games\nWe believe in continuous learning, innovation, and celebrating success together.\nYou will\nLead the design and engineering of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise software and cloud platforms.\nDefine and implement best practices in software development, DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation.\nOversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms using SRE principles.\nArchitect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance.\nLead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.\nGuide the adoption of containerized and serverless architectures (e.g., Docker, AKS, Azure Functions).\nEnsure adherence to security standards, conduct risk assessments, and lead compliance initiatives.\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.\nMentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nExplore and integrate generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities and automation.\nYou have\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.\nAt least 3 years in a technical leadership role.\nMinimum 2 years of experience with AI and generative AI technologies or equivalent exposure.\nProven experience in enterprise-scale application and infrastructure operations.\nSkills\nAdvanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and infrastructure tasks.\nDeep expertise in programming frameworks (.NET, Java) and modern application development.\nExtensive experience with Terraform and other IaC tools, including module development and maintenance.\nProficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).\nStrong architectural knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including service design and deployment.\nFamiliarity with SRE practices and tools for monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex technical environments.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., PSD, Azure/AWS DevOps) are preferred.\nWorking together\nHybrid: This is a hybrid role, where you will spend at least eight days a month at our office, where you'll enjoy the benefits of connecting and collaborating with your colleagues in person.\nJoin us, at Wolters Kluwer, and be part of a global technology company that makes a difference every day.
