The Junior Project Manager will develop communication plans, track customer readiness and implementation activities, monitor progress, escalate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunication Planning & Stakeholder Management\nDevelop and maintain communication plans for customer regulatory update initiatives.\nServe as the primary coordinator between internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers.\nCreate clear, professional customer communications regarding upcoming regulatory changes, timelines, and expected impacts.\nFacilitate regular project status meetings and customer update calls.\nEnsure consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.\nPrepare executive summaries, status reports, presentations, and customer-facing documentation.\nProject Planning & Coordination\nAssist in planning and executing regulatory update projects affecting customer products and services.\nDevelop project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nMonitor project progress and ensure activities remain on schedule.\nTrack dependencies, action items, risks, and issues.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities among regulatory, product, customer support, sales, and operational teams.\nEscalate project concerns and delays to management when appropriate.\nCustomer Update Tracking & Management\nMaintain tracking systems to monitor customer implementation and adoption of regulatory updates.\nEnsure customer product updates are progressing according to established timelines.\nCoordinate status collection from sales representatives and customer-facing teams.\nMonitor customer readiness and identify potential obstacles to successful implementation.\nGenerate regular reports on customer progress, risks, and completion metrics.\nSupport follow-up activities for customers requiring additional assistance or communication.\nSales Team Coordination\nPartner closely with sales representatives to manage customer outreach activities.\nProvide sales teams with project updates, communication materials, and customer status information.\nCoordinate customer communications through designated sales contacts.\nAssist sales teams in addressing customer questions related to regulatory updates and implementation activities.\nEnsure customer concerns are documented and routed to appropriate internal teams.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and communication records.\nPrepare project dashboards and status reports for leadership review.\nTrack key performance indicators related to project completion and customer adoption.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and lessons learned.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, operations, account management, or a related business role.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.\nAbility to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nPreferred\nProject Management Professional certification from PMI®\nExperience supporting regulatory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or healthcare technology initiatives.\nExposure to project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience preparing customer-facing communications or implementation plans.\nFamiliarity with CRM or project tracking tools.\nCritical Success Factors\nThe ideal candidate will be:\nAn excellent communicator who can translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented.\nComfortable working with customers and senior stakeholders.\nProactive in identifying risks and driving follow-up activities.\nSkilled at coordinating activities across multiple teams.\nCustomer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nKey Competencies\nCommunication Planning\nStakeholder Management\nCustomer Relationship Management\nProject Coordination\nRisk and Issue Tracking\nMeeting Facilitation\nWritten Communication\nProblem Solving\nOrganization and Prioritization\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
