Sales Representative - B2B Solutions
Join our Southeast Asia sales team and help drive business growth across the region. As a Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new B2B opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you'll deliver solution-based recommendations that help customers achieve their business goals.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working, working from home 3 days per week) #LI-Hybrid.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their goals
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services
Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain detailed sales records and update CRM systems.
Follow-up with clients post-sale for feedback and additional needs.
Continually enhance product knowledge through training sessions.
ABOUT YOU
Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in Field Sales or Solutions Selling, with a proven track record of success
Client Engagement: Ability to interact with clients and understand their needs.
Sales Techniques: Knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniques.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software.
Data Analysis: Skills in interpreting market data and sales metrics.
Negotiation: Basic skills in negotiating terms with clients.
Project Organization: Ability to manage sales projects and campaigns.
Feedback Management: Skills in collecting and acting on client feedback.
