If you are passionate about engineering and eager to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply and join our team at Wolters Kluwer.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.\nImplement best practices in coding with support of AI\nIaC-first approach to managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and an opinionated IaC Framework standard.\nTransform manual processes using automation.\nPerform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.\nConduct work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security\nManage cloud infrastructure and services in Azure and AWS\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).\nCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nImplement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nDevelop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.\nBuild and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions. \nEnsure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.\nImplement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.\nAdhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.\nDocument processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.\nStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.\nContinuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.\nParticipate in project planning and execution.\nEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget.\nUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nEngage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.\nEnsure customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality deliverables.\nExplore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.\nDeploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive analytics.\nOTHER DUTIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management\nOn call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\n Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field\nMinimum 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the DevSecOps engineering discipline, prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent \nExperience with Application and Infrastructure Operations\nProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks and infrastructure management.\nIn-depth knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g., .NET, JAVA) and application development. \nExtensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management, including writing and maintaining modules. \nProficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including creating and managing pipelines. \nComprehensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), including designing and implementing cloud services and architecture.
