The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of safety workflows with the ability to translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable software capabilities.\nAs a Senior Product Owner, you will collaborate with the associated Product Manager, development team, UX team, and market research stakeholders, supporting the lifecycle of our technology products. You will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations. \nResponsibilities\nOwn and maintain the Personnel Safety product backlog.\nTranslate functional requirements into features & user stories.\nDefine acceptance criteria and business rules.\nPrioritize development work based on business value and customer impact.\nEnsure development teams have sufficient detail and clarity to execute efficiently.\nContinuously refine and groom the backlog.\nCollaborate with design and development teams to deliver customer value.\nConduct market, customer, and user research to inform product decisions.\nMonitor product performance and recommend improvements.\nContribute to user testing and gather customer feedback.\nSupport product launches and post-launch activities.\nIdentify and mitigate product-related risks.\nContribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.\nSkills & Experience\nRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the primary job family and basic knowledge of related job families.\nHas knowledge of best practices and market differentiators.\nSolves complex problems and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.\nWorks independently with minimal guidance and may lead projects or ongoing activities.\nImpacts a range of project activities within own team and related teams; acts as a resource for colleagues.\nExplains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.\nLevel at which a career may stabilize for many years.\n\nLanguages: a perfect command of French and a strong command of English are compulsory for this role\nLocation: Bois-Colombes - Hauts de Seine (Hybrid)\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
