As an individual contributor, you participate in the entire life cycle of product development and contribute to build quality product offerings. In conjunction with development engineers, you will design and implement strategies and tools for efficient and comprehensive automated testing.\nUnder direct supervision, assists in testing application components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Assists in validating existing software to work as per Business Requirements and create and maintain required documentation for regular validation.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s in Engineering degree or equivalent degree. \nMust have:\n3+ years of automation test experience using JavaScript and test frameworks like Quest, Jest, TestCafe.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills.\nExperience in manual testing.\nStrong experience in API automation testing and framework building.\nStrong knowledge of writing Integration test and UI test.\nTest automation skills - with JavaScript\nAwareness on Test Plan and Test strategy\nStrong on understanding test cycles and should be proficient on test case identification\nProficient creating scripts using reusable methods.\nExperience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with SQL programming and database technologies.\nMust be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks and growing skills and knowledge.\nAnalyzing existing systems to find areas for improvement.\nEvolving automated test framework to achieve higher test throughout, with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility.\nNice to have:\nFamiliar with Azure DevOps\nSelenium Webdriver\nFamiliarity with software build and delivery process.\nFamiliarity with Continuous Integration concepts and processes.\nAgile Software Development.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop/automate the functional tests for product.\nContribute to test case identification\nContribute to necessary Testing documentation\nPerform assessment of current automation coverage & suggest ways to increase automation coverage.\nMaintenance- Update automated tests as per the changes in the application.\nExtend, enhance, update the existing automation frameworks to work with new services and write end-to-end automation for user scenarios (UI, service layer, API, integration, and performance testing)\nPerform manual and exploratory testing\nExecute these tests according to a defined schedule and transmit the results.\nEvaluate the existing manual regression suite to translate manual test cases to automation tests.\nDocument in a clear and concise manner the anomalies/bugs encountered during the test.\nDevelop and maintain test tools infrastructure and development environments.\nProduce the relevant documentation.\nAny other duties as assigned by the Manager\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
