You will provide guidance on product capabilities and implementation best practices, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and translate business, technical, and workflow requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will help shape implementation strategy across a portfolio of customers by proactively identifying risks, driving the resolution of complex issues, and influencing cross-functional teams to improve delivery quality, implementation predictability, and customer outcomes.\nThis is a full-time permanent position, based in South Sathorn Road, Bangkok (hybrid working, working from home 3 days per week) #LI-Hybrid\nABOUT THE ROLE\nImplementation Consulting\nAdvise international customers on implementation of Medi-Span APIs, web services, databases, drug data, clinical screening content, and related product capabilities. \nHelp customers understand product inputs, outputs, configuration options, data structures, expected behavior, and best-practice use within their applications and workflows. \nConsult with customer developers, architects, analysts, and clinical advisors on technical architecture, user interface considerations, workflow fit, and practical implementation approaches. \nTranslate customer goals, constraints, and healthcare workflow needs into clear technical guidance while recognizing that customers own final design, validation, and deployment decisions. \nTechnical Support and Troubleshooting\nTroubleshoot complex implementation issues in customer-controlled environments that Wolters Kluwer does not directly manage. \nDesign and validate advanced integration, migration, cutover, and rollback strategies for complex or non-standard customer environments. \nReview customer-provided code snippets, API calls, configuration examples, logs, data outputs, integration behavior, and technical documentation. \nRead and debug code across multiple programming languages and help customers identify practical next steps. \nUse structured analysis and stepwise validation to determine whether issues relate to configuration, data interpretation, API usage, integration design, customer code, workflow assumptions, or environmental constraints. \nEscalate product, data, documentation, or supportability issues internally when customer issues reveal broader patterns or recurring gaps. \nTraining, Documentation, and Enablement\nProvide targeted onboarding and technical training to customer developers, technical teams, clinical advisors, and implementation stakeholders. \nAdapt explanations for audiences with different levels of technical, clinical, and product knowledge. \nCreate, update, or contribute to implementation documentation, technical examples, FAQs, troubleshooting notes, training materials, and customer enablement resources. \nIdentify documentation gaps based on recurring customer questions, implementation pain points, and support themes. \nProduct Feedback and Cross-Functional Input\nSurface recurring implementation themes, customer pain points, adoption barriers, and product-readiness issues to Product, Engineering, Clinical Content, Documentation, and Support teams. \nRepresent the international customer implementation perspective in cross-functional discussions when technical, workflow, or customer adoption insights are needed. \nRecommend improvements to implementation practices, documentation, tools, product behavior, or support resources based on real-world customer experience.\nLead or facilitate post-implementation and post-incident reviews for complex initiatives and recommend systemic improvements. \nSupport regulatory, quality, and audit activities by advising on implementation readiness, documentation completeness, and process adherence. \nContribute to strategic initiatives, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept efforts aimed at improving Systems Implementation capabilities. \nCollaborate with management on special projects or emerging priorities requiring senior technical leadership. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nABOUT YOU\n3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical consulting, implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, or equivalent role.\nSystems Integration: Experience with APIs, databases, web services, or software integrations.\nProblem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.\nStakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging technical, business, and end-user stakeholders.\nTechnical Communication: Able to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.\nTraining & Enablement: Experience delivering customer training and onboarding.\nDocumentation Excellence: Able to produce clear technical guidance and documentation.\nProject Management: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.\nABOUT US\nWolters Kluwer reported 2025 annual revenues of €6.1 billion.
