The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of our Salesforce clouds and integrated applications that make up our digital ecosystem. This includes SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, and SOM. Integrated systems will include payment & tax solutions, carrier integrations, marketplaces, and other systems that are part of the direct-to-consumer purchase journey. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and reliability of our e-commerce operations, which directly impacts our customer satisfaction and business success. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Brand Leads to ensure that the platform meets business needs and provides exceptional digital consumer experience. \nPrimary Duties:\nServe as a system administrator for our portfolio of B2C Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) webstores as well as our Salesforceecosystem; (SFCC, SFSC, SOM).\n\nHandle administrative functions, including user roles and permissions, sandbox management, configuration of system preferences, and other operational tasks.\n\nManage site preferences and configurations in businessmanagertooptimizestability, performance,securityand compliance across our portfolio of brand sites.\n\nStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce technology and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with a particular focus on security and compliance.\n\nWork with brand teams to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.\n\nPerform data hygiene checks, datacleanupand tasks to ensure data integrity and optimization for SEO best practices.\n\nEnsure platform stability,reliability, andspeed, and implement measures to improve.\n\nManage platform security and compliance with industry regulations and standards.\n\nDevelop andmaintainplatform documentation for best practices and processes within business manager, including user guides, playbooks, training materials, and technical documentation.\n\nProvide training to internal users to ensurebestpractices arebeing followed.\n\nWork with IT and the Product teams toidentifyand address technical issues and implement platform enhancements.\n\nMonitor and analyze platform performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.\n\nPerforms duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.\n\nPerforms other duties as required/assigned bymanager.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:\n3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator.\n\n2+ yearsof experience managing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Order Management.\n\n1+yearof experience developing and implementing effective security and compliance improvements and best practices.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills - using data to make informed decisions.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.\n\nFamiliarity with industry standards related to e-commerce and data privacy.\n\nSalesforce Commerce Cloud certification is preferred.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nNormal office environment.\nWolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.\n#LI-MM1 #LI-Remote\nSalary Minimum\n$64,800.00Salary Maximum\n$85,050.00The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.\nWolverine Worldwide, Inc. is committed to creating a company that is as diverse as our consumers.
