Responsible to your core, you can be relied upon to assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store, at all times.\n\nAct as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.\n\nCreating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.\n\nAchieving sales goals and performance metrics & driving the store’s success, by being an ambassador and supporting in local marketing effort.\n\nPerforming other duties as required/assigned by manager.\n\nMaintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.\n\nTake ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required\nDemonstrated retail sales success\n\nExperience working in a customer-facing role.
