You’ll collaborate with world-class talent across machine learning, computer vision, and computer graphics - while continuously learning and pushing the boundaries of UX in an emerging space.\nResponsabilities\nPartner with Founders, Product Management, Engineering, ML, and CG teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiences\n\nLead UX efforts from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, interaction design, and validation\n\nTranslate complex technical workflows into intuitive, usable experiences\n\nCreate and maintain user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and experience models\n\nConduct user research, define personas, and run usability testing to inform design decisions\n\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle\n\nEstablish and evolve UX standards, guidelines, and best practices\n\nStay current on UX methods, tools, and emerging trends\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and problem-solving\n\nExperience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions\n\nProficiency in UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar)\n\nSolid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principles\n\nAbility to clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\n\nBackground in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus\n\nWhy Should You Consider Joining Us?\nAt the intersection of film and technology, this job offers a unique experience, exposing you to diverse fields spanning from film production and visual effects to AI, machine learning, and computer vision.
