This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Head of Finance, supporting strategic finance for the Executive Team, business heads on their P&Ls, and preparation of management accounts. This is a central role in enabling critical decision-making and building the foundation for success of a fast-growing AI-driven production studio. \nThis is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to make a high impact by taking ownership of critical deliverables.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nStrategic Finance \nBuild and maintain financial models (budgeting, scenario planning, cash flow tracking) \nProvide visibility on cash management with monthly and quarterly forecasting\nIdentify pathways to meet financial targets \nComplete timely financial reporting and reconciliation for our monthly Management Accounts \nSupport on banking relationships and treasury / liquidity strategy \nHelp maintain compliance and statutory documentation\nBusiness Support \nCoordinate with stakeholders, including GTM, Production and Platform, on revenue generation and expense management, including setting project budgets, invoicing and financial documentation \nOwn procurement, including sourcing and renewals of all vendors and tech stack \nSystems & Tools\nHelp manage and optimise our core tools: Rippling, Notion, Google Workspace\nWho You Are\n2-4 years of professional experience in finance or a related field (startup or fast-paced environment preferred, e.g., investment banking).\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nProactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.\nStrong financial literacy with excellent Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, scenario modelling).\nFamiliar with Rippling, Notion, Xero, Apron, Asana, Google Workspace.\nExcellent communicator in written and spoken English.\nExcited by the opportunity to help build
