We're looking for someone who cares about the craft of building good systems, enjoys mentoring, and thrives in ownership.\nWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR\nSignificant experience building and scaling web applications and data systems in production\nStrong proficiency with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript\nProven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)\nTrack record of designing and owning complex systems end-to-end\nExperience building APIs, monitoring systems, and operational tooling\nComfort with both full-stack development and infrastructure thinking\nTrack record of mentoring junior engineers and improving code quality through technical leadership\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed issues\nClear communication and the ability to explain technical decisions to the team\nDESIRABLE\nUnderstanding of and experience with web scraping and its related challenges\nExperience with network and proxy
