the Role\nWonderful is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Project Manager to drive financial and operational projects from initial planning and requirements definition through implementation and completion.\nThis role involves managing a wide range of Finance Operations projects, including ERP migrations and implementations such as NetSuite, onboarding new entities worldwide, establishing accounting infrastructure, and developing and improving finance processes and policies.\nThe role involves ongoing collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and manage Finance projects end to end, from defining scope and requirements to implementation and operational handover.\n\nDrive NetSuite migration and implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external service providers.\n\nManage the onboarding of new entities into the company’s finance operations including systems, workflows, and other processes.\n\nDevelop, document, and implement Finance policies and procedures.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes and drive implementation using automations and AI skills.\n\nManage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and resolving blockers.\n\nCoordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution.\n\nTake full ownership of project delivery through successful completion.\n\nWho You Are\nProven experience in project management.\n\nExperience in high-tech and startup environments.\n\nExcellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.\n\nAbility to drive progress across teams and take ownership of projects through completion.\n\nExperience with AI tools\n\nAdvantages\nExperience working with
