This role is responsible for turning big priorities into plans with clear owners, dates and outcomes, and for driving them to delivery across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing.\nWonderful is growing fast, and the projects that matter most do not fit inside one team: a product launch that has to land with customers in several countries at once, a strategic deal that needs product, engineering and deployment working as one, a new way of working that every product group adopts. As the first Program Manager in the Office of the CPO, you will be the person who makes these happen: you take an ask from the CPO, build the plan, line up the people and see it through.\nThis is an execution role with real weight. You will work with senior leaders across the company, speak for the CPO's priorities in rooms he is not in, and be trusted to raise a problem early, with a proposed fix, rather than report it late.\nProgram Manage - What You'll Do\nOwn a portfolio of cross-company programs for the CPO, from the first ask to delivery: internal programs, customer-facing launches and large strategic deals.\n\nTurn high-level goals into end-to-end plans with scope, milestones, owners and dates, and keep them current as things change.\n\nDrive execution across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, in a matrix organization where you lead through influence.\n\nIdentify risks and dependencies early, and bring them to the CPO with options and a recommendation.\n\nCoordinate product launches with customers: readiness across product, deployment, enablement and marketing, so that launches land on time and work in production.\n\nSupport large strategic deals from the product side: align what was promised, what will be built and who delivers it, and track it to the customer's go-live.\n\nRun the product organization's operating rhythm: roadmap reviews, leadership updates, offsite and planning cycles, and follow up on every decision and action item.\n\nMake work visible across teams: clear status, shared tools and one source of truth for the CPO and leadership.\n\nDesign measurements to track the impact of each program, and report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders in a timely way.\n\nImprove how the product organization plans and executes, and help the CPO turn what works into standard practice.\n\nOperate independently, think critically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences.\n\nWho You Are\n5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations experience in technology companies\n\nTrack record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery\n\nExperience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority\n\nStrong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs at once\n\nEnough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English\n\nAI-native, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to plan, track and redesign workflows\n\nPreferred qualifications\nBackground as an engineer, TPM, management consultant or chief of staff\n\nExperience with enterprise software launches or large B2B customer deployments\n\nExperience with AI or LLM-based products\n\nExperience working across several countries and time
