Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).\n5-10 years of hands-on experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases of large-scale industrial, energy, or oil and gas projects.\nVendor equipment-specific commissioning training is a plus\nKey Technical Skills\nDeep understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems commissioning procedures\nAbility to interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, equipment datasheets, loop drawings, and control philosophies\nProficiency in dynamic commissioning activities, function testing, and start-up troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with system completions tools and turnover packages (e.g., MC, RFC, RFSU documentation)\nSoft Skills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and coordination skills to interface with multi-discipline site teams, contractors, and vendors\nExcellent problem-solving aptitude and situational decision-making, especially under time-critical conditions\nSound knowledge of
