We aim to deliver safe and sustainable projects and services for our clients in different fields.\nThis job offers an exciting and technically advanced approach to value added quality control on a wide range of EPCm projects.\n#LI-Onsite\n What makes you remarkable?\nEstablish a working relationship with the GC, AE and provide them with an overview of Owner's needs, goals, requirements\nFacilitate review of key documentation and relevant procedures\nMonitor that the works are being carried out in accordance with agreed method statements \nMonitor allocation of construction resources in consideration of relative priorities and to meet the construction program\nServe as the central point of contact between the OWNER, contractors, vendors, to ensure clear and transparent communication\nProactively identify and mitigate risks (e.g., site conditions, regulatory changes, material availability)\nAddress emerging issues and conflicts promptly, guiding resolution while prioritizing the OWNER’s interests\nProvide recommendations for corrective actions or recovery plans as needed\n Diploma or bachelor's degree in civils, structural, architectural or related field\n10 years’ minimum relevant experience in construction management\nExperience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage\nGood HSES awareness and commitment without any compromise in safety\nGood team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill\nGood Problem solving - Ability to identify problems, determines possible solution, and actively works to resolve issues\nGood Decision making - Knowledge of and ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and / or reaching conclusions.
