Creation of transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices.\nRegistration, quality check, issue, and distribution of Vendor / Client / Third party documentation to internal and external parties. Creation of transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices.\nTimely turnaround of documentation accompanied by an awareness of project schedule / milestones.\nReturn of documentation to Vendor / Client / Third Party.\nMaintenance of hard copy and electronic management systems.\nLiaising / resolving queries with Engineers and Project Team.\nFacilitating handover of deliverables to Client.\nArchiving of project documentation.\n What makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
