on a permanent basis.\nThis role will support the Lead Planner with the ongoing development and implementation of various planning and quality processes, whilst assuming responsibility for scoping, estimating, planning & scheduling all Electrical & Instrumentation work in a designated process area of the Refinery.\nAn excellent opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution to the team.\nWe will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those holding the required permit/VISA for this region.\n#LI-Site\nFor 10+ years, Wood has held a Maintenance contract at the Lytton Refinery in Brisbane, Australia and have been heavily imbedded into the Ampol culture with a strong focus on team alignment across the contracting teams.\nOur team of engineers, planners, supervisors, team leads, quality control, contract management, mechanical and electrical technicians, logistics, payroll, site administration, project management and human resourcing are committed in producing and distributing petroleum and fuel safely and efficiently.\n Develop and maintain detailed E&I work plans\nScreen daily approved notifications, creating work orders\nConduct field inspections to develop detailed scope of work\nEnsure workorder quality for execution, reserve materials, adding resources, documentation and services\nMaintain statutory compliance, managing maintenance plans and preventative workorders \nCoordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to prioritize work\nAdhere to the established work management process, ensuring that all work is planned, scheduled, executed, and documented in line with company procedures and best practices\nAttend/Chair the Weekly Planning meetings\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the work management process.\n Trade qualification or Degree or diploma in Engineering\n5+ Years’ experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace\nKnowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices\nPrevious CMMS experience is highly desirable e.g. SAP, Primavera\nHighly skilled in MS Suite Skills -
