You will drive technical excellence and assurance on the painting and insulation portion while working in close partnership with other disciplines and the client, to enable robust technical decisions that ultimately add value to the client and project.\nIn addition, you will:\nEnsure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements\nEnsure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions\nResponsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule\nProactive in providing support to project team in assigned project work as and when required\n Vocation, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in electrical construction work\nExperienced in Live Plant, Greenfield, and Turnaround / Revamp work\nMinimum 5 years experienced in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or others similar type of plants\nGood HSES awareness and commitment including skill and knowledge in preparation of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment\nFluent in English communication and written and Basic computer software skills\nGood team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill\nGood Problem solving and Decision
