We aim to deliver safe and sustainable projects and services for our clients in different fields.\nThis job offers an exciting and technically advanced approach to value added quality control on a wide range of EPCm projects.\n#LI-Onsite\n What makes you remarkable?\nLiaison with Owner to drive for excellence HSSE performance of all contractors for both lagging and leading indicators. \nLead by personal example by complying all HSSE requirements and show total commitment to HSSE to all Owner and Contractors’ personnel.\nSupport HSSE Trainer in the development of the site HSSE induction and training programs and ensure the carrying out of this induction/training for all personnel coming to project site.\nOrganize and ensure workforces are competent to perform their job safely.\nAdminister and participate in the HSSE audits and inspection schemes.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication and co-ordination between Owner and Contractors.\nMonitor all Contractor HSSE programs and advise the Construction Leads, Discipline Superintendents/Supervisors, Field Engineers and Pre-Commissioning Engineers of any shortfalls and provide specialist support.\nCarry out daily monitoring of work areas to ensure compliance on the part of all site personnel about safe working practices, environmental compliance.\nAttend and input into the Weekly Contractors’ progress meetings and the overall monthly HSSE meetings.\nActivate and co-ordinate the Contractor/Owner/Investigation team in establishing the root cause of any accident/ incident/ near miss, as necessary, and to ensure that remedial actions have been agreed and carried out.\nDevelop and produce project HSSE statistics, reports, and bulletins.\nReview work method statements and risk assessments produced by Contractors and Contractor Pre-Commissioning personnel.\nPeriodically participate and observe contractor safety meetings (Pre-Task & Toolbox Talks).\nCommunicate accident reports and lessons learned to Contractors.\nMonitor worksite HSSE objectives and periodically report to the Project Manager on performance and at all times shall have the full support of Owner and Contractor Senior Managers and all personnel employed on the Project\nProfessionally intervene substandard behaviors, process, standard, or practices. \n Bachelor’s degree in public health (Occupational Health and Safety) or Professional certificate of safety officer by Ministry of Labour\nMinimum 10 years substantial experience in a HSSE role in Live Plant, Greenfield and Turnaround / Revamp work for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Construction or others similar type of plants\nHas substantial level of skill and experience in applying worksite HSSE plans in regard to HSSE work practices and others HSSE procedures, standards requirement for worksite\nHas MOST knowledge of Project Monthly and Weekly Construction Report content?
