The role will lead a team of process engineers and ensure the delivery of safe, cost-effective, and technically sound engineering solutions throughout all project phases, from Conceptual Studies and FEED through Detailed Design and EPC execution. The position requires extensive experience in offshore oil and gas facilities and a strong understanding of Middle East/GCC operator standards and requirements. Previous PMC experience is highly desirable.\n Lead and manage all process engineering activities for offshore upstream oil and gas projects.\nOversee the development and review of process design deliverables including:Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)\nPiping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)\nHeat & Material Balance Calculations\nProcess Datasheets\nEquipment Specifications\nCause & Effect Diagrams\nProcess Narratives\n\nEnsure engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.\nLead process simulation and optimization studies using industry-standard software tools.\nPerform design reviews and provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nParticipate in Conceptual Studies, FEED, Detailed Design, and EPC project phases.\nSupport process safety activities including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and risk assessments.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables prepared by contractors and consultants.\nCoordinate closely with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Safety, and Operations disciplines.\nInterface with clients, PMC teams, EPC contractors, and vendors on technical matters.\nParticipate in design reviews, model reviews, value engineering workshops, and constructability assessments.\nProvide technical support during construction, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing activities.\nEnsure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and company engineering practices.\nMentor and develop junior and senior process engineers within the engineering team.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource management activities.\n Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Process Engineering from a recognized university.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.\nExtensive experience predominantly in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects.\nProven experience as a Lead Process Engineer on major EPC, EPCM, or PMC projects.\nPMC experience is highly preferred.\nMandatory experience on large-scale offshore projects including Greenfield and Brownfield developments.\nMandatory experience working on Middle East/GCC projects.\nStrong experience in offshore facilities including:Central Processing Platforms (CPP)\nWellhead Platforms\nOffshore Gas Processing Facilities\nProduced Water Treatment Systems\nOil Processing and Separation Facilities\nGas Compression and Gas Dehydration Systems\nOffshore Pipelines and Associated Facilities\n\nProven track record delivering large and complex projects with multidisciplinary engineering
