We're 100% employee-owned, so every team member has a stake in our success, and we put our people and customers at the center of everything we do.\nPosition Summary\nThe Manufacturing Engineer plans and coordinates manufacturing processes at our Batesville, IN plant, developing and improving the methods, layouts, and documentation that let us build products efficiently and to standard. You'll be accountable for accurate CAD models and manufacturing documentation, production time and cost estimates, and ongoing process improvements.
