We are committed to ensuring fairness and inclusivity by relying on the expertise from a team of professional recruiters for the application reviews, interviews, and qualification assessments.\nTypical Responsibilities\nMaintain and update the integrated project schedule covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.\nGuide contractors in the development and maintenance of detailed construction schedules and look-ahead plans in support of project execution.\nCollect, validate, and update engineering, procurement, and construction progress information from project teams and contractors.\nReview contractor schedule updates and progress reports for scope completeness, logic, and consistency with project requirements.\nMonitor engineering deliverables, procurement activities, material deliveries, permits, and construction progress, and communicate potential schedule impacts to project management.\nConduct regular field visits to verify construction progress and support progress measurement activities.\nTrack schedule performance, identify delays and constraints, and assist with schedule impact assessments and recovery planning.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of project progress measurement and reporting systems.\nParticipate in schedule review and coordination meetings with contractors, client representatives, construction personnel, and project team members.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule information is current and accurately reflected in the project schedule.\nDevelop short-term look-ahead schedules and work plans to support construction execution.\nPrepare bi-weekly and monthly schedule reports, including progress updates, milestone status, critical path activities, look-ahead schedules, and comparisons against baseline schedules.\nMaintain a working knowledge of project scope, contracts, execution plans, and company planning and scheduling procedures.\nSupport commissioning and turnover planning activities by tracking system completion status and schedule milestones.\nWork effectively in a remote northern Saskatchewan site environment on a rotational schedule and collaborate with both site and home-office personnel.\n What makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
