or related discipline.\nMinimum 15 years of experience offshore oil & gas projects with at least 5 years in a Lead Weight Control role.\nProven experience working on ADNOC offshore projects or similar Middle East offshore developments is highly preferred\nStrong experience in detailed design engineering for offshore oil and gas facilities, including topsides, jackets, modules, platforms, and brownfield modifications\nExtensive knowledge of instrumentation systems, control systems, safety instrumented systems, fire and gas systems, and industrial communication networks\nProficiency in engineering tools and platforms such as SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), AVEVA Instrumentation, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, and related design and document management systems\nSound understanding of international codes and standards, including ISA, IEC, API, NFPA, and relevant ADNOC engineering standards\nExperience with instrument sizing, control valve selection, shutdown systems, hazardous area requirements, and instrumentation installation practices\nFamiliarity with SIL assessment, functional safety requirements, HAZOP, LOPA, and cause-and-effect development\nStrong coordination skills with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and clients\nAbility to work in a fast-paced EPC/EPCM/PMC environment on multi-billion-dollar offshore projects\nGood communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills\nPrior experience within a central engineering or shared services environment is an
