Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ services of our employees at 5-year service milestones\nCommitment to continued professional development: Development plans that are tailored to your individual needs and interests \nGlobal connections: Join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession \nEnergy Transition Academy: Join a community of experts sharing your knowledge and gaining more exposure to a variety of existing and emerging energy systems - delivered by experts in their field\nJob Objective\nTo plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics activities for the project, ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation, storage, customs clearance, and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to support construction and commissioning activities while maintaining compliance with project schedules, contractual requirements, and HSE standards.\nLogistics Planning & Management\nDevelop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (PLEP) for offshore and onshore logistics.\nCoordinate marine logistics including vessels, barges, PSV, AHTS, crew boats, and heavy-lift transportation.\nPlan and manage material flow from vendors, fabrication yards, ports, and offshore locations.\nEnsure alignment of logistics activities with project schedule, construction sequence, and offshore campaigns.\nPMC Oversight & Contractor Management\nReview and approve EPC Contractors’ logistics plans, procedures, and schedules.\nMonitor contractor logistics performance and ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications and contractual requirements.\nInterface with EPC Contractors, marine service providers, port authorities, and ADNOC Operations.\nResolve logistics-related issues, bottlenecks, and constraints impacting offshore execution.\nMarine & Offshore Operations\nCoordinate load-out, sea fastening, transportation, and offshore installation support activities.\nEnsure availability and readiness of marine spreads for offshore campaigns.\nReview and endorse marine assurance documentation including vessel suitability, certifications, and audits.\nSupport SIMOPS planning and execution offshore.\nMaterials & Warehousing\nOversee materials management, storage, preservation, and tracking systems.\nEnsure proper handling of critical and long-lead items.\nMonitor laydown areas, yards, and offshore storage facilities.\nHSE & Compliance\nEnsure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC HSE MS, marine safety standards, and offshore regulations.\nPromote safe logistics practices and participate in risk assessments, JSA, and marine assurance reviews.\nSupport incident investigations and implement corrective actions.\nCost, Reporting & Interfaces\nMonitor logistics costs and support cost control initiatives.\nPrepare logistics progress reports, KPIs, and dashboards for ADNOC and PMC management.\nInterface closely with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.\n At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
