project management team.\nAct as the primary PMC interface with ADNOC Offshore, contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.\nEnsure delivery of project objectives in line with ADNOC requirements, Wood standards, and the approved project execution strategy.\nEstablish clear project priorities, accountabilities, governance, and performance expectations.\nLead project reviews with ADNOC Offshore and senior management.\nProject ExecutionOversee the execution of all project phases, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.\nEnsure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within approved budget, and to the required quality standards.\nMonitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions where required.\nEnsure effective integration between all project disciplines and contractors.\nStakeholder & Client ManagementMaintain a strong and professional working relationship with ADNOC Offshore and other project stakeholders.\nProvide regular project performance updates, including schedule, cost, progress, risks, opportunities, and key issues.\nLead resolution of major technical, contractual, commercial, schedule, and execution issues.\nEnsure timely escalation of critical matters requiring senior management or client intervention.\nHSE & QualityDemonstrate visible leadership in Health, Safety, Security and Environmental performance.\nEnsure HSE requirements are embedded throughout project execution.\nPromote a strong safety culture across the PMC and contractor organizations.\nEnsure compliance with project quality requirements, inspection and testing plans, quality assurance processes, and ADNOC standards.\nSchedule, Cost & RiskMaintain overall accountability for project schedule and cost performance.\nReview and challenge contractor schedules, forecasts, progress measurement, and recovery plans.\nIdentify and manage project risks, opportunities, changes, and potential claims.\nEnsure effective cost control, forecasting, change management, and commercial governance.\nTeam LeadershipLead and motivate a large multidisciplinary PMC team comprising engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, commercial, procurement, HSE, quality, and other functions.\nEstablish an environment of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.\nMentor and develop project personnel and ensure effective succession planning.\nCoordinate interfaces between PMC personnel and ADNOC Offshore representatives.\n Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is mandatory.\nMinimum 20 years of overall professional experience, predominantly within the oil and gas industry.\nExtensive experience in managing major offshore oil and gas projects, preferably within an EPC/EPCM/PMC environment.\nProven experience managing large-scale, complex and multidisciplinary offshore projects with significant engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.\nStrong experience working with major oil & gas operators, preferably ADNOC or other major international operators.\nPrevious experience in a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director capacity on major offshore projects is essential.\nDemonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple contractors, subcontractors, engineering consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of offshore facilities, brownfield/greenfield projects, offshore platforms, subsea systems, pipelines, marine operations, and associated onshore support facilities.\nExperience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, offshore installation, commissioning, start-up, and close-out.\nStrong commercial, contractual, cost-control, planning, risk-management, and change-management experience.\nProven ability to lead large multicultural and multidisciplinary
