The role provides planning expertise, schedule analysis, progress monitoring, and strategic recommendations to support project management decision-making\nDevelop, monitor, and maintain the overall project schedule to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.\nReview and validate EPC contractor schedules, resource plans, progress measurements, and recovery plans.\nPrepare and update project master schedules, detailed engineering schedules, procurement schedules, construction schedules, and commissioning schedules.\nMonitor project progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks.\nPerform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project control teams to ensure schedule integration.\nDevelop project progress measurement systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and management presentations.\nAnalyze project performance against planned progress and provide forecasts for project completion.\nSupport the development of project execution plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and planning procedures.\nConduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation and recovery strategies.\nReview and assess contractors' claims related to schedule impacts, delays, and extensions of time (EOT).\nMonitor manpower utilization, productivity trends, and resource loading requirements.\nAssist in budget monitoring and cost control activities by providing schedule-related inputs.\nSkills And Qualifications\nWhat makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
