You will:\nLead and deliver process engineering activities in compliance with HSEQ standards, project procedures and regulatory requirements\nAct as Process Lead Engineer, providing technical leadership, mentoring and oversight to process engineers and designers\nDevelop and deliver key process engineering outputs, including PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, datasheets, control philosophies, feasibility and process safety studies\nEnsure all technical deliverables are prepared, reviewed, verified and approved in accordance with applicable codes, standards, legislation and Wood quality requirements\nEnsure process designs meet operational, safety and constructability requirements, supporting constructability and design reviews as required\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, project management, clients and vendors to deliver cost-effective, safe and fit-for-purpose solutions within budget and schedule\nSupport resource planning, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical input to proposals, tenders and project execution planning\n The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership capability in process engineering, combined with the ability to engage effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
