wide range of EPC projects.\n#LI-Onsite\n What makes you remarkable?\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules to ensure successful delivery of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects\nReview project documentation, including contracts, project execution plans, scope of work, schedules, and resource plans to establish effective planning and control strategies\nPrepare and manage project schedules at various levels, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones, and client requirements\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction teams, and clients to ensure schedule accuracy and project alignment\nDevelop and maintain key project control deliverables, including:Project Master Schedules (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3)\nSchedule Basis Memorandum (SBM)\nManpower and Resource Forecast Plans\nCritical Equipment Tracking Schedules\nProgress Measurement Reports and S-Curves\nManpower and Manhour Histograms\nLook-ahead Schedules\nMonthly Project Progress Reports\n\nMonitor project progress, identify schedule risks and potential delays, and propose mitigation and recovery plans\nAnalyze project performance trends and provide accurate forecasting to support management decision-making\nPrepare project control reports, dashboard updates, and recommendations for Project Managers and senior stakeholders\nEnsure all project schedules, progress data, and control documentation are maintained accurately and updated regularly\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project planning, scheduling, and project controls\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline\nMinimum 15 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls within EPC projects\nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting\nExperience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization, would be an advantage\nSolid understanding of EPC project phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities\nDemonstrated ability to develop project logic networks, perform critical path analysis, and manage resource-loaded schedules\nGood understanding of contract requirements, project controls methodologies, and schedule risk management\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in both Thai and English
