and directly performing - under the mentorship of senior colleagues - specific tasks as follows:\nPre - order purchasing activities for major global Oil & Gas EPC projects:\nManagement of Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors\nIssuing Request for Quotation for the supply of project material & equipment, and obtaining competitive quotations in a timely manner\nEvaluating all factors involved, and negotiating lowest price and requested delivery\nProviding input for Purchasing Reports and follow-up actions relating to items for which the Buyer is responsible\nPreparing and initiating Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased\nChecking Purchase order invoices according with the Purchase order milestones.\nFollow Purchase orders until delivery of the material/equipment, aligned with project schedule.\nAccomplishing all duties delegated by the Manager, Purchasing or Project Procurement Manager\nComplying with the code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practice\nEnsuring the correct finalization of orders in accordance with project procurement execution plan\n Minimum in the last academic year of degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar\nReady to work in an international environment and to learn international procurement practices.\nAcademic situation that allows signing an agreement with a university or training center (preferable)\nAvailability in the morning \nAcademic situation that allows signing an agreement with a university or training center\nValid European Work
