You will oversees all aspects of the assigned work packages within a project in close coordination with discipline specialists. Main responsible and contact point for related vendors ensuring work is completed efficiently with no errors or negative impacts on the timeline. The Project Engineer also provides feedback to all team members and facilitates communication throughout the project’s lifecycle.\nThe typical Project Engineering department scopes are:\nSupports delivery of engineering excellence in their assigned project(s) through executing \nEnsures accurate and timely delivery of work, to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. \nCoordinate the engineering process with other processes (purchase, fabrication control, quality assurance and control, construction/erection, commissioning) as applicable.\nProvide manufacturers and vendors with a complete set of information to allow for fabrication and delivery in a timely manner\nEnsure compliance of vendor deliverables with the applicable technical requirements and specifications. \nPrepares and issues Project Engineering deliverables for the assigned scope of work (contract specifications comments, Material Requisition, vendor documentation comments, etc.). \nAlerts Project Manager in the event of potential delays or change\nSupports implementation of approved changes\nOur Clients and Projects\nDesigning the future. participates in key events gaining practical experience.\nChecks Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) implementation by reviewing standards, procedures, work practices and literature.\nPlans individual work activities and manages time; liaises with disciplines and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of comments and timely delivery of equipment.\nFull understand the requirements of the project schedule and hold regular reviews.\nUnderstands principals of Design Verification; able to support main aspects under supervision.\nSupervises and coordinates work of suppliers in the design, manufacturing and delivery of equipment.\nExpected:\nDegree or Masters in an engineering discipline\nIncumbents typically require 4-8 years’ relevant experience gained either as a discipline engineer in a project environment or in more junior project engineering roles.\nGood understanding of technical work scope, key dates and milestones.\nExcellent command of Spanish and English languages\nHolding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required\nCompletely familiar with project contractual and commercial requirements.\nFully conversant with project scopes and work carried out by all engineering disciplines and various interface and inter discipline coordination requirements among the various disciplines including procurement and construction.\nUnderstands the concept of customer satisfaction and can deliver to internal and external customers.\nUnderstands and knows how to apply the procedures and work practices which define and govern Engineering Management, Project Engineering deliverables, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Delivery. \nUnderstands the importance of Project Engineering deliverables and the need for accuracy and timely issues.\nUnderstands the importance of delivering equipment on time and of the required quality, and the need to keep tight control over manufacturing and transport activities. \nCommercially astute and aware of the importance of change control.\nHas a good knowledge of engineering standards, procedures and work practices;
