The role ensures that fabrication is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international codes. The position plays a critical role in coordinating between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver fabricated piping systems in line with project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.\n Lead and manage all fabrication activities, including shop fabrication and modular assembly, ensuring alignment with EPCM project execution strategy.\nEnsure strict adherence to ADNOC Gas standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.).\nInterface closely with Engineering to ensure fabrication drawings (isometrics, spool drawings) are accurate, complete, and issued in line with fabrication priorities.\nCoordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of piping materials, fittings, valves, and special items.\nOversee fabrication yard operations, including contractor performance, productivity, and resource planning.\nEnsure implementation of robust QA/QC processes, including material traceability, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT requirements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).\nMonitor fabrication progress against schedule and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays.\nDrive fabrication efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication yards.\nEnsure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all fabrication activities.\nManage interfaces with Construction, ensuring smooth handover of fabricated spools/modules for site installation.\nProvide regular reporting to Project Management on fabrication progress, risks, and performance metrics.\nSupport pre-commissioning and commissioning teams by ensuring fabrication deliverables meet system completion requirements.\n What makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
