Benefits include free company parking, a free shuttle bus from the railway station to the office, an on-site canteen, a medical check-up every years, and supplementary accident insurance.\nCommitment to continued professional development, with development plans tailored to individual needs, interests and career aspirations.\n Global connections, providing opportunities to collaborate with leading technical experts and specialists from across Wood’s international organization.\n Responsible of the complete Supply Chain cycle of all RFQs within a project, including but not limited to buying, manufacturing expediting, quality inspection and logistics.\nPrepares and request for quotations (RFQ’s) to suppliers in order to obtain competitive and responsive quotations. \nPrepares a complete bid evaluation that includes all commercial considerations, and attached technical evaluation, with a preferred supplier recommendation.\nObtains all required signatory approvals, finalizes, prepares and issues the purchase order/change notice with applicable attachments. Ensures proper distribution is made and proper assembly of the purchase order file. \nDevelops and maintains necessary supplier correspondence, and ensure it is filed properly in the purchase order file.\nEnsures that all departmental guidelines are followed.\nMaintains highest ethical and professional standards as established by the corporation.\nEvaluates existing suppliers.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.\nSourcing and setting up new vendor(s) in accounting system.\nEnsuring onsite accounts payable has all vendor/requisition/purchase order documentation.\nManages and supports the project expediting team, being responsible of vendors fulfillment of contractual delivery dates.\nManages and supports the project inspection team, being responsible for vendors compliance with quality requirements requested in the MR.\nManages and supports the project logistic team, being responsible for delivery of equipment/materials at site according to project planning.\nResponsible of Procurement Project planning follow up and budget compliance\n Degree in Engineering, Science, Economist or equivalent degree.\n10 years of progressively responsible experience in purchasing, expediting, inspection and logistic activities in engineering and construction equipment environment.\nFluent in English.\nComfortable working as part of a team but with a management responsibility.\nMust be intermediate to advance in Microsoft Package.\nCollects and researches data; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.\nMeets commitments; participates in meetings; used to report to management.\nWrites clearly and informatively; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.\nContributes to profits and revenue;
