wide range of EPCm projects.\n#LI-Onsite\n What makes you remarkable?\nDirectly reports to Project Site QA/QC Manager\nEnsure that there is implementation of Project Quality Plan and quality of construction works is implemented in accordance to project’s and internation standards requirement\nCoordinates with project team, construction team, site materials control team and OWNER’s representative for resolving construction’s quality control related issues.\nManage the site quality inspection for Civil, Building, HVAC, Mechanical, Piping, Insulation, Electrical, Instrument, Structural, Fire Protection and Materials / Equipment preservation\nEnsure that site inspection activities is according to Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for every discipline’s inspection\nPerforms daily site patrol surveillance to monitor and observation of quality problems\nAttends quality control’s walkthrough with PMC/OWNER and Sub-contractors\nWitnessing and review testing reports of 3rd party test activities on site and laboratories\nPrepares corrective and preventive actions to close non-conformance report\nMonitoring Quality Control, Materials / Equipment preservation and construction works related training\nSupervise the quality of contractors welding work and carry out proper surveillance and inspection of welding activities\nEnsure contractors welding procedures are submitted and approved before start welding activities\nImplement and maintain a system for the compilation and collation of a comprehensive record of construction quality documentation and certification of all construction work and assist in the satisfactory handover of the completed plant to the Client\nEnsure that the Contractors Quality Control records reflect the items in the inspection and test plan with strict adherence to identified ‘hold points’\nTo control, monitoring and closing of construction punch list from walk down and inspections\nPerforms internal quality control audit to subcontractors and construction team during construction progressing\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related experienced with a min of 5 years in Quality Assurance & Quality Control work\nExtensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical construction experience with quality control activities\nISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System training course \nCertified Internal Quality Audit training course\nCertificate of CSWIP, NDE Testing Level 2\nGood coordination with all disciplines and driving ability with each discipline on quality control of the work.\nAbility to identify issues, obtains relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify alternative solutions\nGood English language communication and reporting skills\nAbility to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities\nWilling to work extended hours including
