qualification Questionnaire (PQ) to potential new supplies\nPrepare Inquiry Documents, Expedite Suppliers bids\nPrepare Bid Opening and Commercial Bid Tabulation\nBid Evaluation, Negotiations, and Preparation of Final Bid Tab\nPrepare Email for Order Award and Formal Order Award after approvals\nExpedite Order Acknowledgement and issues change orders\nDaily desk expediting of purchase orders\nContinually set expediting follow up dates in materials management system \nIssue expediting progress reports and update system accordingly\nUnderstands the supplier delivery obligations form the terms and conditions of purchase \nAbility to interpret supplier production plans to identify improvement opportunities and negotiate delivery improvements \nNotifying Procurement Manager of any potential schedule slippages.\nPreparing supplier performance evaluation and order close out\nPerforming all purchasing activity in accordance with the set project purchasing procedure and the purchasing work instructions\n Bachelor’s degree or higher in field of engineering or business\nMinimum of 8 years Supply Chain experience of working within Procurement preferably within the Oil & Gas Petrochemical plant\nBroad knowledge of Suppliers, commercial Evaluations, Negotiations and Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Contract.\nRecord of skills training appropriate for job specific role.\nExcellent communication skills, written, oral and presentation \nMaintains a strong network both within and outside of supply chain department \nPositively maintain relationships with suppliers and other disciplines \nPlanning and organisational skills\nEnthusiastic proactive attitude \nAdaptability and Problem-Solving skill\nWork as part of project execution team \nIdentify efficiency, process and tool improvement opportunities and successful drive through change\nFluent in English and Thai language skills (both spoken & written) to enable effective communications with Client, Sub -
