The role involves developing process engineering deliverables, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, client standards, and international codes. The ideal candidate will have extensive offshore oil and gas experience, preferably within a PMC environment, and a strong track record of delivering major projects in the Middle East/GCC region.\n Perform and coordinate process engineering activities for upstream offshore oil and gas projects.\nDevelop and review process engineering deliverables including:Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)\nPiping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)\nProcess Design Basis Documents\nHeat and Material Balances\nProcess Datasheets\nUtility Summaries\nProcess Narratives\nRelief and Flare System Calculations\n\nConduct process simulations, calculations, and design studies using industry-standard software.\nPrepare equipment process specifications for separators, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, dehydration units, and treatment systems.\nSupport process safety activities including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA studies.\nReview and comment on vendor documents and engineering deliverables.\nCoordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Safety Engineering disciplines.\nParticipate in design reviews, model reviews, technical workshops, and client meetings.\nEnsure engineering deliverables comply with project requirements, international standards, and client specifications.\nProvide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.\nIdentify technical risks and recommend mitigation measures.\nSupport project planning, resource management, and schedule compliance.\nMentor and guide junior process engineers and graduate engineers.\nInterface with clients, PMC teams, EPC contractors, and vendors on technical matters.\n Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Process Engineering from a recognized university.\nMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.\nPredominant experience in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects.\nDemonstrated experience as a Senior Process Engineer on major EPC, EPCM, or PMC projects.\nPMC experience is highly preferred.\nMandatory experience delivering large-scale offshore oil and gas projects.\nMandatory project experience in the Middle East/GCC region.\nExtensive experience in offshore process facilities including:Central Processing Platforms (CPP)\nWellhead Platforms\nOil and Gas Separation Systems\nProduced Water Treatment Systems\nGas Compression Facilities\nGas Dehydration and Sweetening Systems\nOffshore Pipeline Facilities\nUtility and Flare Systems\n\nProven involvement in FEED and Detailed Engineering for major offshore
