This position is based at our Clients offices in Ware, Hertfordshire and requires full time on-site attendance.\nThe Role\nYou will prepare, review and report accurate project schedules and plans in support of the robust control of projects throughout their life cycle.\nPreparation and submission of project schedules and plans, ensuring schedules and plans are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.\nSupporting the management and development of the Planning team, the management of project schedules and plans, and the preparation and filing of project planning documentation. equivalent gained through relevant vocational training and/or industry experience)\nRelevant scheduling / planning experience\nCompetent in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software and related tools and techniques including Logic and CPM analysis, resource loading and levelling\nAdvanced knowledge of Project Execution Procedures for Scheduling\nUnderstanding of WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities\nAbility to develop project schedules and plans\nAdvanced ability to prepare resource loading, progress and staffing plans\nExcellent understanding of earned value application, cost and schedule variance analyses / trending and what-if scenarios\nUnderstanding of project management principles and techniques\nStrong understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning &
