The role acts as the focal point between engineering, construction, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely document processing and access to current information.\n\nResponsibilities for Internal Candidates\n\nDocument Control & Administration\nManage the receipt, registration, distribution, and archival of project documentation.\nMaintain document registers, transmittals, and document tracking logs.\nEnsure all documentation is correctly numbered, classified, and filed electronically.\nMaintain revision control and document history records.\nPerform quality checks on incoming and outgoing documentation.\nContractor & Supplier Interface\nCoordinate document submissions from contractors and suppliers.\nMonitor document review cycles and follow up on overdue comments.\nEnsure contractor document deliverables comply with project requirements.\nSupport transmittal and distribution of reviewed documents.\nSite Support\nProvide document control support to construction, commissioning, and engineering teams.\nEnsure site personnel have access to the latest approved documentation.\nCoordinate distribution of Approved for Construction (AFC), Redline markups (RLMU) and As-Built (ASB) documentation.\nSupport turnover and handover activities.\nSystem Administration\nAdminister document management systems such as FusionLive, ALIM, SharePoint, Aconex, or similar systems.\nProvide user guidance and training where required.\nSupport metadata management and document quality assurance.\nReporting & Compliance\nProduce weekly and monthly document control reports.\nMonitor document KPIs and progress against project requirements.\nSupport audits and ensure compliance with project document management procedures.\n At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
