The successful candidate will support the delivery of offshore and subsea engineering projects, contributing to the design, analysis, installation, and integrity management of subsea systems for the energy sector.\nAs a Subsea Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, installation, and lifecycle management of subsea systems and offshore infrastructure. You will support the execution of a wide range of subsea projects, including pipelines, risers, umbilicals, subsea structures, and associated equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.\nWorking as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of technically challenging projects from concept development through detailed engineering, installation, commissioning, and operational support.Project Delivery\n\nSupport the execution of subsea engineering projects from concept selection through detailed design and offshore installation.\nAssist with the preparation of project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and technical reports.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including pipeline, structural, installation, geotechnical, and flow assurance engineers.\nParticipate in risk assessments, technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, and design verification activities.\nSubsea Engineering & Design\nPerform engineering analyses and calculations related to subsea pipelines, risers, umbilicals, and subsea structures.\nSupport feasibility studies, concept evaluations, and detailed engineering design activities.\nContribute to subsea equipment selection, material specification, and integrity management assessments.\nAssist in pipeline routing studies, installation analyses, and subsea system optimization.\nPrepare and review engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\nOffshore Installation & Operations SupportProvide engineering support during fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational phases.\nInterface with offshore installation contractors and project stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution.\nSupport troubleshooting activities and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure engineering activities comply with applicable industry standards, codes, regulations, and client requirements.\nParticipate in audits, reviews, and technical assurance processes.\nPromote Wood's commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality excellence.\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3+ years of subsea, offshore, or pipeline engineering experience within the oil & gas or energy sector.\nKnowledge of subsea engineering principles, offshore installation methods, and subsea production systems.\nFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and design codes (API, DNV, ISO).\nExperience with engineering software such as OrcaFlex, AutoPIPE, Abaqus, Caesar II, ANSYS, or similar analysis tools.\nUnderstanding of subsea pipelines, risers, umbilicals, subsea structures, and integrity management processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and
