Participate in Project meetings\nManage and mitigate commercial issues with suppliers\nTimely processing and resolution vendor invoices. Continually monitor for timely processing of vendor Invoices, resolution of bottle necks to ensure payment in accordance with agreed terms\nWork closely with the Quality Department to assist with coordinating inspection requirements post and prior to PO placement;\nAssisting with creating and managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, and reporting;\nFacilitate technical discussions between Wood Engineers and Vendor Engineers;\nEnsuring compliance to client’s execution plan and overall Wood Supply-Chain Policies and Procedures\nAssisting with managing surplus materials through buy back agreements and / or surplus disposal plans\nMaintaining an auditable file of all purchase order documentation / correspondence;\nTimely close out of projects and purchase orders\nIdentify and report procurement cost saving initiatives\n What makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
