Transforming the world.\nWhat we can offer\nMeaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry\nCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion; we are an organization actively committed to diversity and inclusion across our business\nCompetitive salary\nGlobal connections: join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession\n The key objectives for this role are:\nResponsible from the management of materials at site\nManagement and operation of AMUSE system\nMaterial receipt, storage, preservation and delivery to contractors\nCheck and filing of material certificates\nAvailablity checks for definition of work fronts\nWarehouse inventory and hand over\nAscertain that all people concerned understand and follow Material Management Procedure\nReceive material from transporter and ensure that material arrival is properly organized; review with site security the procedure of truck entrance in order to ensure smooth flow of traffic within the site\nProvide to unload material on arrival utilizing proper sub-contractors\nCheck that received material is complying with requirements in terms of quantity and quality\nStore materials in allocated areas\nProvide storage allocation plan\nReport to Project Manager and Construction Manager, about damaged or lost material\nKeep records up-to-date of all materials arrived in field, and of all materials withdrawn from warehouse in accordance with established procedures\nRecord of material orders and invoices and custom documents (if applicable)\nRecord material requisition and update\nKeep record of daily hours done by store personal\nPrepare list of spare parts to be left to Client\nArchive Material certificates\nCheck that bulk material is correctly identified (following PMI system, if applicable) as per colour coding\nVerify that material is in accordance with certificates\nInitiate “back charges” to Vendors and prepare the required documentation for Construction Manager\nTake care of equipment and materials preservation as per relevant procedure\nWhat makes you remarkable?\nAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
