Our O&M team supports the wastewater treatment plant, collection system, and ancillary equipment at the site.\nEach day brings different challenges and opportunities to learn as the team works toward achieving 100% compliance through daily process monitoring and a comprehensive maintenance system. If you enjoy working outdoors and helping protect one of nature’s most precious resources, water, this could be the opportunity for you.\nIn this full-time position, you will support facility operations and maintenance projects, general facility and grounds maintenance, laboratory analysis, recordkeeping, and process control.\nWoodard & Curran is dedicated to the growth and development of our employees and wants to help you along your career path.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nParticipate in the daily operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility, as directed by the Plant or Project Manager.\nParticipate in the daily operation and maintenance of the collection system and all associated components, as directed by the Plant or Project Manager.\nAssist with preventive maintenance and repairs for plant-related equipment.\nComplete daily inspections and rounds of the operating sites.\nGather information for report preparation, including data used to prepare the Monthly Operating Report.\nCoordinate with operations staff to ensure established administrative, safety, and operating policies are followed.\nSchedule:\nThe general daily schedule is:\nMonday through Friday\n7:00 AM to 3:30 PM\nFlexibility is required for this position.
