associated with all types of municipal water systems, including water supply and treatment processes and distribution systems infrastructure. \nWell-versed in state and federal regulations regarding water treatment and distribution systems. \nKnowledgeable in state bidding laws and funding programs. \nUp to date on the latest technological advances, regulatory trends, equipment, and processes. \nSuperior writing, communication, and presentation skills. \nRegistered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut (or ability to apply for
