Dieses Portfolio umfasst u. A. die Einspritztechnik, einschließlich fortschrittlicher Common-Rail-Technologie. Ihren Einsatz finden unsere Produkte in den modernen Großmotoren und Brennstoffzellen von Schiffen, Kraftwerken, Eisenbahnen und weiteren Anwendungen.

Für die Entwicklung von Einspritzinjektoren für Power-to -X-Kraftstoffe für zukünftige Einspritzsysteme im Bereich Großmotoren suchen wir Studierende (m/w/d) für die Anfertigung einer Abschlussarbeit (Bachelor / Master; Dauer 6 Monate)

Neu konzipierte und konstruierte Einspritzinjektoren für PTX Kraftstoffe (Methanol, Ethanol, Ammoniak) sollen hydraulisch mittels Design ofExperiments (DoE) am Prüfstand getestetund bewertet werden. Bereits während der Validierung am Prüfstand sollen mögliche Verbesserungen der Funktionalität und der Langlebigkeit ermittelt undin das Design einfließen. Ziel soll ein robuster und langlebiger Einspritzinjektor für unsere Kunden sein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Messtechnische Validierung von bereits vorhanden Power-to-X-Einspritzinjektoren

  • Eigenständiges Durchführen und Betreuung von Versuchen mittels Design ofExperiments (DoE), sowie Auswerten und Bewerten der Versuchsergebnisse

  • Konstruktive und versuchsseitige Lösungsfindung zum Verbessern der Funktionalität von Einspritzsystemen

  • Interne Präsentation und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse

Ihr Profil:

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar

  • Interesse am Thema Einspritztechnik

  • Analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten

  • Handwerkliches Geschick

  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
