Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Business Operations Director, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Business Operations Director will lead the development and execution of the fuel systems & controls services business strategy. This role is responsible for driving key process execution across all the critical services elements: Customer Support, Services Sales, MRO operations, Spare parts fulfillment and Services network partner management. Director will be responsible for developing standard processes, management systems and metrics to ensure critical business metrics are met including financials.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the prime focal point for the operational health and excellence of the services business.
- Develop and refine the key services business metrics, management systems and cadences to ensure business level KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and manage standardized communication, decision making and escalation processes.
- Support the development and execution of the long-term services growth strategy to meet fleet growth projections including determining MRO capacity needs, partner & network licensee strategy and expansion.
- Ensure commercial and technical support meets customer expectations.
- Manage services business financials, including operating plans, cost improvement initiatives, pricing strategies and aftermarket field performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement through lean principles, lesson-learned processes, and coordination across other product lines.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in aerospace, preferably after-market services, product management or customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and of cross-functional teams and management/company processes.
Desirable Characteristics:
- Strong knowledge of WWD aftermarket services operations.
- Lean and transactional process and management system experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization with high accountability.
