Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $105,000(minimum) - $137,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • EHS Policy Development: Create and implement environment, health, and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the EHS team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Risk Management: Conduct and oversee EHS risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate safety and environmental risks.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to EHS regulations, internal policies, and industry’s best practices.
  • Training Coordination: Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness, compliance, and safety practices.

  • Risk Assessment: Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential EHS hazards within the organization.

  • Strategic Planning: Experienced in developing and implementing short term and long term EHS strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Management: Adept at conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and managing team performance to meet EHS targets.
  • Incident Investigation: Competent in conducting thorough investigations of EHS incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Training Development: Expertise in designing and delivering EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
  • Operational Planning: Skilled in adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing EHS data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives clearly to all organizational levels.
