In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, including complex repairs such as identifying and repairing refrigerant leaks, recovering and replacing refrigerant, evacuating and recharging systems, and replacing system components. You will also perform leak checks, pressure tests, electrical and operational testing, and safely restart and commission equipment to verify proper performance. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.\n** This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday, starting at 6am.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall HVAC Systems: Executes the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems following established procedures and specifications.\nPerform Maintenance: Conducts regular maintenance tasks to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.\nDiagnose Issues: Identifies and resolves typical HVAC system problems using established analytical methods and standard operating procedures.\nCollaborate with Team: Works with team members to support project objectives and ensure high-quality service delivery.\nDocument Activities: Records maintenance activities and service reports to maintain accurate operational records.\nKey Skills:\nHVAC System Installation: Proficient in installing various HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.\nPreventative Maintenance: Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning and longevity of HVAC equipment.\nTechnical Troubleshooting: Adept at diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC system issues using established diagnostic methods.\nBlueprint Interpretation: Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate system installation and repair.\nRefrigeration Systems: In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles and handling refrigerants in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.\nElectrical Wiring: Competent in installing and repairing electrical components related to HVAC systems, including wiring and control systems.\nSafety Compliance: Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.\nCustomer Service: Effective in communicating with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.\nTool Proficiency: Experienced in using a variety of HVAC tools and equipment for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.\nDocumentation Skills: Ability to accurately document work performed, maintenance schedules, and system modifications for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.\nOther Qualifications:\nEPA Section 608 Certification or equivalent required\nApplication window is anticipated to close 15 days from original posting date.\nThis information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
