The role is responsible for creating, implementing and continuously improving a prevention maintenance plan, responding to technical problems, analyzing their causes and resolving them.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupervision of the technical condition of production machines, tools, equipment and infrastructure.\nImplementing preventive plans for new machines, in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.\nIdentify, analyze and solve complex technical problems on production lines in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automation, implementing necessary technical improvements to eliminate problems.\nBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external specialists, to provide professional service.\nParticipate in industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project timelines.\nProvide expert guidance and support to junior engineers, technicians, fostering professional development and enhancing team expertise.\nImplement Best Practices: Establish and maintain industry best practices within engineering processes to ensure efficiency and competitive advantage.\nWhat You Will Need:\nEducation: Engineer Degree, preferably in Automation/Electronics/Mechanics.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in similar position in production plant.\nExperience in technical machine maintenance in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation fields.\nSiemens, Allen Bradley, B&R PLC programming.\nFanuc and Universal Robots environment knowledge .\nAutonomous in solving complex machine and installations problems in the production environment, open to sharing knowledge with other team members.\nAbility to read and create technical documentation, electrical, hydraulic diagrams.\nExperience in managing investment projects.\nFluent in English and Polish.\nElectrical licenses up to 15 kV.\nDriving license category B.\nWhat You Will Gain:\nSalary range from 9750 to 15 500 PLN monthly/gross, depending on experience.\nCareer development opportunities in an international environment.\nComprehensive benefits package including private medical care, life & accident insurance.\nEducational and professional development support.\nMultisport card.\nMeal vouchers.\nCompany performance-based bonus program.\nStrong focus on work-life balance.\nPPK contribution -
